Every holiday provides my with a timely reminder. Walking in the train station while on my way back to the hotel, I noticed quite a few men, mostly elderly folk, lying on pieces of cardboard spread out on the broad benches with magazines as make-shift pillows. The luckier ones could rest in sleeping bags. It just reminds me that for all the Omotesandos, Ginzas, Shibuyas, Shinjukus and Aoyamas, there is a side (in every country) that we would rather not see on vacation. While depressing, such a sight sets us thinking on what can be done, and also reminds us how fortunate we presently are.

Watching `Candlelight Reflections` at my favourite spot in Disney Sea was sort of bittersweet. Sweet because there will be a new show next year, bitter as this is the last season of Candlelight Reflections. There was also a feeling I could not quite place. Probably because there is so much unknown next year?

I just realised that it has only been 4 days, but it feels awfully long.

This week has been a rather unusual and hectic week.

It has been basically, well, sending lots of people off. First Roy, then the twins and Kwok Cheung and today, Louis. Sing Yee and I have sort of been to the airport on every alternate day? Which is not something we have done before. Oh and Shi Wei is back! Haha. Yeah, but it still feels kind of weird that so many of them are not in Singapore anymore. (Technically, the twins and KC are, but okay, at least not on the same island?) Kind of empty and quiet. Something I am not used to, I guess. I hope all of them are doing fine.

I guess leaving for a trip would take my mind off things for awhile, and to let me clear my head.

Life is so fragile. If there is one thing it has taught me, it is to always treasure the time you spend with your family and friends. Definitely.

The past 2 days have been physically, mentally and emotionally draining.

28th April- I guess it was the same thing that happened 2 years ago. Well, we must definitely pick ourselves up and move on. I have to admit that it still hurts, (even more so given that it happened again), but events like these bring out the best in people. We see the effort and dedication put in by everyone, not just the ensemble but our seniors. Thank you to the people in Prime for all the encouragement and especially Sze Ying for remaining so patient throughout all the sectionals. To Edward, Yinhong, Stephanie and the rest for the encouragement again, before Investiture.

And of course, to the people in class who were so concerned, a big thank you, too. (:

There has been so many things going on and so much to do in the past few weeks.

I think this is kind of late but I hope you see it.

Happy 18th Birthday, Yinxue! :)

I miss talking to you. Yeah, but hope that you had a great birthday. 18 already. Sounds kind of grown-up. :) We still have not found a date to meet yet. But hopefully, we can find a day soon. :) Most importantly, continue to stay healthy, happy and strong.
